DHAKA, Insurance Bulletin: The 344th meeting of the Board of Directors of Pragati Insurance PLC was held on Sunday (July 19) at the company’s head office in Karwan Bazar, Dhaka.
The meeting was chaired by the company's Chairman, Syed M. Altaf Hussain. Among others present were Vice-Chairman Md. Mushfiqur Rahman, Directors M. A. Awal, Md. Saidur Rahman, Nasir Latif, M. A. Malek, Haji Nigar Jahan Chowdhury, Syed Mohammad Jan, and Farida Akhter, alongside Independent Directors Mahbub Anam and Prof. Shamsun Nahar, PhD.
Additionally, Advisor Md. Rezaul Karim, Chief Executive Officer (Current Charge); Sharif Mostoba, Chief Financial Officer (CFO); Amar Krishna Shill, FCA, Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of Administration & HR; Major (Retd.) Sadat Md. Musa, Head of Internal Audit; Md. Nasir Uddin, and Company Secretary Mohammad Zafar Ali, FCS, were also present at the meeting.
